When you visit our site we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location (country). If you place an order, our checkout provider Shopify collects the information needed to process payment and ship your order (name, address, email, payment details).
We use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform. The pixel records actions on our site — such as pages viewed and purchases started — and shares them with Meta so we can understand which ads lead to sales and show our ads to people most likely to be interested.
Your choice matters: if you are in a region that requires consent (such as the EU, UK or Switzerland), the Meta Pixel only loads after you press "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you press "Reject", no advertising data is sent to Meta. In other regions the pixel is enabled by default, and you can turn it off at any time (see below).
You can change your advertising cookie choice at any time by clicking (also linked in our footer). Choosing "Reject" stops further advertising data from being sent to Meta from that point on. You can also contact us to ask about the data we hold.
We never sell your personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our website and we will respond promptly.
